These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bk8app ("we", "us", "our",the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the bk8app online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at bk8app.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide, including players accessing the Platform from Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other jurisdictions. Where local law conflicts with these Terms, it is the User's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local legislation prior to use.

The following terms, when used with initial capitals in this Agreement, carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" / "Service" — The bk8app website, mobile applications, games, sportsbook, and any associated digital services operated by the Operator.
• "Account" — The registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses the Service.
• "Balance" — The aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded to a Player by the Operator, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which the Operator verifies a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a Player must wager in eligible games before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — Any country or territory from which access to and use of the Service is prohibited by applicable local law or by the Operator's compliance policies.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which transactions on the Platform are processed.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — Any action or omission by a User that constitutes a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated tools.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You do not reside in a Restricted Jurisdiction and you are not accessing the Service in breach of any applicable local law.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of the Operator, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting in your own name and for your own account. Use of the Service on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
7. You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements.

Each User may hold onlyone Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances associated with duplicate Accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times and must notify the Operator promptly of any changes.

KYC Documentation Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal request, or at any time the Operator dems verification necessary, you will be required to submit the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKAD, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent official document).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of eWallet account, bank statement, or card statement).
• Source of funds documentation, where required by the Operator's compliance team in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend Account withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period following a formal request may be closed.

The Service is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You accept that gambling involves risk, and you may lose all funds deposited. The Operator makes no guarantee of winnings.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winings in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not provide tax advice.

Supported Payment Methods

The Platform currently supports the following payment channels for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Supported payment methods are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit:RM50 for eWalets and DuitNow; RM100 for FPX bank transfers; USDT 50 equivalent for cryptocurrency.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The Operator does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.
• The Operator reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion, with funds returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the Operator approves an alternative following KYC review.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply by account tier: RM20,000 (Bronze), RM50,000 (Silver), RM500,000 (Black Diamond VIP).
• Standard processing time is 15–30 minutes for verified accounts. Black Diamond VIP accounts are served via a fast-track queue with processing typically completed in under 15 minutes.
• The Operator reserves the right to carry out additional identity and security checks before approving any withdrawal. This may temporarily delay processing beyond the standard timeframe.
• Funds that cannot be traced to legitimate gaming activity may be withheld pending investigation.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards offered by bk8app are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of claiming.

General Bonus Terms

1. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering multipliers range from 10x to 30x of the bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion's terms.
2. Maximum bet during bonus play is typically capped at MYR 250–500 per bet. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
3. Game contribution rates apply when calculating progress toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. The contribution rate for each game type is specified in the individual promotion terms.
4. Bonus expiry windows apply to all promotions. Unused bonuses oruses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry. Standard windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated per promotion.
5. Maximum cash-out limits restrict the maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of actual winings generated. This figure is stated per promotion (e.g., MYR 2,880).
6. Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers ("bonus abuse"), including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
7. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. The Operator is not liable for errors made by the User when placing a bet, including incorrect stake amounts or event selections.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet where manifest pricing error has occurred, where a technical malfunction has affected the outcome, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
• Sports betting results are determined by official results from the relevant governing body. In the case of delayed or incomplete events, settlement rules as published in the sportsbook terms apply.
• All RNG-based casino games use independently audited Random Number Generators. Published RTP figures are derived from independent third-party audits and represent long-term theoretical averages, not individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the Operator's server logs constitute the definitive record of the game state and outcome.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the Platform while under21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 to access the Service.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
5. Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
6. Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies knowingly to generate profit. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
7. Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
8. Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
9. Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Service.
• Use the bk8app name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on the Content or any element of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which the Operator reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Interruptions to the Service caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or blockchain network delays affecting cryptocurrency transactions.
• Any actions taken by the Operator in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including Account suspension or withdrawal holds arising from AML or KYC review procedures.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct section.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or use of the Platform in breach of applicable law.
4. Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
5. Where the User's Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy — the Operator will provide notice before applying any dormancy fees).
6. Where the Operator ceases to offer the Service in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon voluntary account closure requested by the User, any real money balance remaining will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence. The Operator does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in respect of these Terms.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints process shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body designated by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or communicated to the User's registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The current effective date of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
